We are Neon Accounting
Suki Sodhi
Managing Director
A Chartered Management Accountant, Suki heads up the Neon Accounting team. Suki has worked for many companies in the past ranging from large corporations such as National Grid Transco (NGT) and National Farmers Union (NFU) to inhouse accountancy at SMEs. Suki has guided a range of business from formation to becoming established and profit-making enterprises.
Suki set up Neon Accounting as an outlet to channel all her knowledge and experience and deliver the kind of service that clients deserve. Neon Accounting is the culmination of decades of work and has become as much a part of the family as anyone else.
At home Suki is a mother of two and is regularly bribed into watching more Paw Patrol than she would like to (making her an expert in all things Pup as well as all things Finance).
Sue Chappell
Business Support – Payroll and Pensions
Sue has over 30 years’ experience working in finance across a variety of industry sectors. She previously ran her own business for 15 years, providing clients with a host of accountancy services. Sue is part of our Business Support Team specialising in payroll, pensions, and staff.
When not working, Sue is a keen DIY-er and is probably the only person who has Changing Rooms on series link.
Sarah Neale
Business Support – Accounting, Bookkeeping and Xero
Sarah is an experienced Accounting Technician (AAT) and works with Xero clients as part of the business support team.
Away from the office Sarah has channelled her sweet tooth into creating her own sweet hamper business. As well as hampers, Sarah also provides sweet carts at weddings and parties – and has been known to hand out the odd tester to clients and the team.
Michelle Craig
Business Support – HR and Payroll
Michelle is a CIPD trained HR professional. After starting her career in the finance sector in the city, Michelle gained invaluable experience with multinational manufacturing organisations before specialising in working with SMEs in the technology, manufacturing, and education sectors.
When not working Michelle is a keen skier and regularly visits the slopes in Chamonix with her family.
